To make the most of Facebook’s ad formats you need a well-optimised product feed, which isn’t always easy, you end up relying on cookie-cutter 3rd party apps.

We decided to change that. We aren’t just an ordinary digital marketing agency, we are a tech agency too.

We built our own platform, Polymetrics® to import your raw feed from anywhere, JSON, XML even a Google Sheet and then we apply bespoke SQL scripts to ensure we get the most out of the ad formats. These optimisations have seen huge increases in sales and ROAS for clients.

Because Shopify doesn’t do a great job of providing a standard feed for products we also built our own Shopify App to help get all the product data out of Shopify.

This means we can change your titles, colours, descriptions, option labels and much more, all the things needed to beat the competition and make sure your DPAs (Dynamic Product Ads) really work.

Over 40 million people in the UK use Facebook, that’s 44% of the UK population uses Facebook and as you can see in the charts below the gender mix in the UK differs from the global statistics, rather than 56% male to 44% female the UK has 52%female and 48% male users. There has also been a demographic shift on Facebook with an increase in 65+ users and a decrease in 18 to 24 years olds since 2019. This shift means it’s important to consider a wide mix of platforms including TikTok and Snapchat for your campaigns if targeting these demographics

In the UK the most active age demographic on Facebook is 24 to 34 with around 12 million users and the average UK user spends about 30 minutes per day on Facebook, in contrast to a global daily Facebook usage of around 43 minutes per day* it’s also worth noting that Facebook daily usage is in decline. In comparison, TikTok is seeing UK usage increase, to around 50 minutes per day.
